Chris was so wonderful to work with. He helped me find my first home. I was very fast to look at available homes and the moment I seen one I anted to tour, he made sure he was ready. He would text me back within 30 minutes every time and that made all the difference when it came to putting a bid on the house and purchasing the house. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Even now, a month after I’ve owned my home, he is still helping me and answering my questions. He is just amazing and knowledgeable about the whole process. He even has company recommendations for anything that could come up after purchasing a home. If he’s still a realtor if/when I need to move again, I will work with him. 10/10.

Chris came highly recommended to us by a couple of friends and family members who had positive experiences with him. Our past couple house searches never got off the ground, partially because our realtor was not a great fit. Chris is friendly, easy-going, knowledgeable, and very attentive. He came to the table with plenty of resources, including a buyer's guide packet with a checklist and FAQs that was extremely helpful organizing. He listened to and, more importantly, remembered our specific needs. He helped us feel confident in our decisions without leading or pressuring us. He offered his expertise when applicable, his opinion when asked, and knew when to let my partner and I explored potential homes. Chris was also very responsive, both in answering questions on evenings & weekends and in working with our schedules to arrange showings. In fact, apart from a brief camping trip that he gave plenty of notice about, I can't recall a single time when Chris left us waiting for a reply. We were very happy with Chris as our realtor and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for their new home.
