He would text me back within 30 minutes every time and that made all the difference when it came to putting a bid on the house and purchasing the house. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Even now, a month after I’ve owned my home, he is still helping me and answering my questions. He is just amazing and knowledgeable about the whole process. A few months or so we decided due to age and health it was time to move close to daughter and son. I started checking listings while still in Florida. Chris saw my interest and contacted us. He was very happy to assist us. July we stayed with our daughter while searching. Chris was very patient with us and showed us many listings. We found our home and bought within a week.
