Working with Chris as our realtor was the best decision! We were first time home-buyers who fell in love with a house early in our search process before we were truly serious about buying. We texted Chris on a Sunday evening to try to put in an offer before they reviewed them the following evening. He was able to hop on a call with us that night, get us connected to a loan officer that could quickly get us pre-approved, and worked with us that evening and the next day to make an offer! Chris went above and beyond in many ways including driving a document for hours to keep the process moving to help us hit our closing date and going with us for a house visit on Father’s Day. Chris was calm and thoughtful throughout the process.
