Chris came highly recommended to us by a couple of friends and family members who had positive experiences with him. Our past couple house searches never got off the ground, partially because our realtor was not a great fit. Chris is friendly, easy-going, knowledgeable, and very attentive. He came to the table with plenty of resources, including a buyer's guide packet with a checklist and FAQs that was extremely helpful organizing. He listened to and, more importantly, remembered our specific needs. He helped us feel confident in our decisions without leading or pressuring us. He offered his expertise when applicable, his opinion when asked, and knew when to let my partner and I explored potential homes. Chris was also very responsive, both in answering questions on evenings & weekends and in working with our schedules to arrange showings. In fact, apart from a brief camping trip that he gave plenty of notice about, I can't recall a single time when Chris left us waiting for a reply. We were very happy with Chris as our realtor and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for their new home.

Working with Chris as our realtor was the best decision! We were first time home-buyers who fell in love with a house early in our search process before we were truly serious about buying. We texted Chris on a Sunday evening to try to put in an offer before they reviewed them the following evening. He was able to hop on a call with us that night, get us connected to a loan officer that could quickly get us pre-approved, and worked with us that evening and the next day to make an offer! Chris went above and beyond in many ways including driving a document for hours to keep the process moving to help us hit our closing date and going with us for a house visit on Father’s Day. Chris was calm and thoughtful throughout the process. He kept us updated, was very responsive, and was great at balancing providing advice especially since this was our first time going through the home buying process and allowing us full room to make decisions. A few months or so we decided due to age and health it was time to move close to daughter and son. I started checking listings while still in Florida. Chris saw my interest and contacted us. He was very happy to assist us. July we stayed with our daughter while searching. Chris was very patient with us and showed us many listings. We found our home and bought within a week. We are happy with our decisions and definitely recommend Chris to anyone looking to buy.

We moved up from Florida this summer. We worked with Chris to find a suitable home in the area. Chris really went the extra mile to help us in our search. He was always available to show us homes sometimes on short notice. He made a stressful situation for my wife and I a whole lot easier. Cannot recommend him any higher.
